To discontinue lessons at Highlands Music Academy and discontinue charges to your account, fill out this withdrawal form before the 20th of your last month. 

Please Note:

We do not prorate tuition for the last month of lessons.

Students will be responsible for their last month's tuition whether or not they attend lessons. 

No refunds are given for students missing their last month. No exceptions will be made for moving, relocating, illness, etc. 

Makeups may be scheduled for another time or madeup online if you are unable to attend your last month's lessons as scheduled.
