WHAT IS PIANO EXPRESS
The Piano Express method produces incredible students and gamifies their learning experience. Students feel excited, accomplished, and motivated to learn their music!
Students progress through the beginner piano levels much faster than with traditional lessons. Piano Express has transformed music learning from feeling like homework into an exciting game that kids love!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Students attend a weekly, one-hour group class, with no more than 5 students per class. Piano Express is built around learning music as if it were a game.
Students leave their lesson empowered to make real and significant progress at home… because the app allows them to master songs from anywhere!
The first half hour is focused on student assessment; the second half hour is focused on musicianship, ear training, sight-reading, and theory.
Easy and flexible scheduling means that if you can't attend your regular class time, simply come to any other class during the week if there's an open seat!
PRACTICE AT HOME
Piano Express students are set up for a win at home! The web-app used during class can also be used at home for practice, helping to create a Positive Cycle that keeps them motivated to keep going!
WHY PIANO EXPRESS
1. Instead of struggling through pages of notes, the Piano Express app gives students instant feedback, helping them to fix mistakes right away—just like a game! No more guessing or practicing their music incorrectly throughout the week.

3. In class, the group dynamic keeps things fun and motivating. Students get to play alongside other students, each working on their own music, but still feeling part of something bigger. Working in a group also feels less intimidating for many students.
4. With a progressive curriculum (which includes 6 levels in total), the Piano Express method breaks down learning the piano into simple steps that students can easily understand, while building a solid foundation in note reading, theory, ear training, and even improvisation!

HOW MUCH IS TUITION?
Tuition is $140 a month for weekly one-hour group classes.
This is same tuition rate for our private 30-min weekly classes, but for double the time and at-home practice resources.

Enrollment is on-going all year long, on a month-to-month basis. Since students are self-paced within the group, that means you can join a class at any time!

STUDENT JOURNEY
Class Levels 1 through 6 establish a strong piano foundation and prepare students for advanced private lessons upon graduation.
Students will progress from beginner to early intermediate skill. Upon completion of all 6 levels in Piano Express, your student is ready for advanced lessons with a private instructor. Students will move from method books to personalized music selections customized their learning path from that point forward.
Each student's progress will differ for how quickly they will move through the levels, but we generally see students move through the levels over the course of 2-4 years, largely dependent on their age, consistency in lessons, and at-home practice.
